We strive to make the purchase of pre-owned items as convenient as possible. At the time of purchase you can select to pick up the items from our location in San Francisco or have then delivered/shipped.

For Local (San Francisco and the Peninsula) deliveries the cost is $100. For the East and South Bay the delivery fee is $150-$225. We do first-room delivery unless the delivery destination is not on the ground floor and there is no elevator available. In this case the delivery will be complete at the lobby of the destination. Delivery service does not include disassembly of property (door, gates, etc) in the event that delivery item(s) do not fit.

Items can be held after purchase for 10 days after which we will charge a storage fee. Please refer to our FAQ for additional details.
