Return & Refund Policy

Reperch accepts returns of items purchased via its online store reperch.com or in-person at our showroom up to 7 days after the item has been received by the buyer via pickup or delivery. Reperch accepts returns that are in the same condition as they were purchased in. Items that are damaged in any way while in the possession of the buyer will not be eligible for refund.


Delivery and shipment fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives in a different condition than it was displayed on the website at the time of purchase. If an item is unable to be delivered due to not fitting into the home, you will be eligible to receive a refund for the item but not the delivery fee.


Customer is responsible for fees incurred from canceling a freight shipment less than 48 hours prior to ship date.
